Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Pacific Sovereign Networks, a trade name of 1656517 Alberta Ltd. ("PSN," "we," "us," or "our"), currently completing continuance to British Columbia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
PSN provides two categories of service:
(a) Telephony Consulting. We provide voice-services consulting to corporate clients, including analysis of existing voice service costs, voice service implementation support, development of corporate voice strategy, long-term voice strategy roadmap recommendations, solution proposals, and general troubleshooting support for voice services on clients' existing platforms. Telephony consulting engagements are advisory in nature; implementation of any recommendation remains the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in a separate signed agreement.
(b) Sovereign Data Storage Services. We provide secure data storage and infrastructure services, physically located and operated within Western Canada, designed for entities operating in regulated or risk-exposed sectors, including finance, medical, legal, immigration, and the expressive arts. For clients in the expressive arts sector specifically, our services are designed to address risks including unauthorized data scraping, non-consensual use of creative work in AI model training, and copyright infringement exposure.
References on this Site to industry-specific regulatory frameworks (including but not limited to HIPAA, PIPEDA, BC's Personal Information Protection Act, GLBA, or similar frameworks in other jurisdictions) describe the categories of client and risk our Services are designed to address. They are not, by themselves, a representation that use of our Services automatically satisfies any specific regulatory obligation applicable to your organization. Each client remains responsible for determining its own regulatory obligations and for confirming, through its own legal counsel, that its specific use of our Services satisfies those obligations. Where compliance with a specific framework is a material term of a client engagement, that commitment will be documented in a separate signed services agreement between PSN and the client.
3. Informational Purpose
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes regarding PSN's infrastructure, consulting, and compliance services. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, service agreement, or legal, financial, or compliance advice. Any actual engagement of services is subject to a separate, signed service agreement between PSN and the client.
4. Access Requests
Submitting an infrastructure access request through this Site does not create any contractual obligation on the part of PSN to provide services, nor any obligation on the part of the requester to engage PSN. Access requests are reviewed at PSN's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Pacific Sovereign Networks unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PSN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
